Modern Workspace Design for New Work

At the Porsche Headquarters in Shanghai, a forward-looking work environment has been created, designed by anySCALE architecture and implemented in collaboration with our local business partner, Matsu Group. The new office is based on the S.P.A.C.E. philosophy, a concept that stands for Smart, Passionate, Attractive, Collaborative, and Engaging.

Smart, Passionate, Attractive, Collaborative, and Engaging: These values shape the new work environment, where innovative technologies, digital solutions, and customized services merge into a holistic workspace concept. The result is a work environment that meets the demands of New Work and is designed to sustainably foster the potential, creativity, and collaboration of Porsche China’s employees.

Spanning approximately 12,000 square meters, an agile office environment was created for more than 400 employees that flexibly adapts to a wide variety of work styles. Whether it’s focused individual work, collaborative teamwork, creative workshops, or spontaneous meetings, the agile furniture used allows for quick and intuitive reconfiguration of workspaces. This creates optimal conditions for modern, dynamic work processes.

Our height-adjustable motu desks promote ergonomic work, encourage more movement in the daily office routine, and lay the foundation for healthy, comfortable, and productive work. In this way, they make an important contribution to a future-oriented workplace. The furnishing concept is complemented by mobile flomo shelving units on casters. They not only offer flexible storage space but also serve as mobile room dividers. This allows work areas to be restructured in no time at all, creating multifunctional spaces that can be adapted to changing requirements at any time.
