Valley One24 Office Centre, Stuttgart

The office centre VALLEY ONE24 is an ecological and economic flagship project in a central location in Stuttgart. It combines sustainable construction based on the latest scientific findings with modern, elegant architecture and economic flexibility. Instead of wasting energy and building materials on demolition and new construction, this project largely retained a former printing-works building and converted it into an office building. By keeping existing structures intact, architecturally very interesting spaces have emerged.

For the interior fit-out, we created a harmonious overall image with flush-integrated fire-protection doors and geometrically coordinated wall panels – without compromising functionality. Visual highlights include the diagonal accent stripes that emphasise the wall claddings and lend the spaces a dynamic feel. We are proud to be part of this inspiring project and would like to thank everyone involved for the outstanding collaboration.
