Favourite Projects: office+objekt edition 2024

What does an environment look like that enables work, exchange and encounter in equal measure? An answer is given by our project for the Körber Foundation, presented in the collected volume “Favourite projects” of the office+objekt edition 2024. Together with the planning team, a flexible spatial concept was implemented for the locations in Hamburg’s HafenCity and in Hamburg Bergedorf, placing dialogue and encounter at the centre.

The systems used included our versatile flomo wall, which through movable acoustic and spatial elements enables both openness and retreat, as well as the flomo boards and Xbrick® multifunctional furniture. The result: rooms that can be transformed in a flash from places of work to places of encounter, meeting exactly the Körber Foundation’s aspiration for exchange and versatility.
