Three trainees show their skills
This year, three of our apprentices once again created their journeyman pieces with a lot of dedication, craftsmanship, and great care. Countless hours of work went into these individual pieces, which clearly show their skills and passion for carpentry.
For us as a training company, completing the journeyman pieces is a special moment: not just for our junior staff, but for us as a team as well. Their work shows just how diverse, challenging, and creative the craft of carpentry really is.
More than working with wood: Bringing ideas to life
A journeyman's piece is much more than just an exam task. It's the chance to combine years of learned knowledge with creativity, precision, and craft skills. From the first sketch to choosing materials and all the way through making and finishing, the apprentices plan and carry out their project mostly on their own.
Each piece of furniture tells its own story and reflects the personality of its maker. This way, unique works are created that are impressive both functionally and in design.
A special reason to be happy is that our trainees not only successfully complete their training but are also regularly recognized for their outstanding achievements. Every year, several of our apprentices receive a commendation from the district craftsmen's association, an acknowledgment of above-average commitment, professional skills, and strong school performance. We are especially proud of these successes, as they show that dedication, motivation, and solid training really pay off.
Craftsmanship with the latest technology
Training to become a carpenter combines traditional craftsmanship with innovative manufacturing methods. In addition to classic handcraft techniques, our trainees work with modern machines, digital planning programs, and precise CNC technology. This way, they learn to create custom furniture and interior fittings at the highest quality level. It's exactly this mix of creativity, technology, and hands-on precision that makes the job so varied.

The completion of the journeyman pieces impressively shows the progress our apprentices make during their training. From the very first day on the job to the finished piece of furniture, they are guided by experienced colleagues and gradually introduced to responsible tasks step by step.
